Ultimately, the difference between supply chain and supply chain management is that the former focuses on the physical movement of goods and services while the latter focuses on optimizing the supply chain to ensure efficiency, cost savings, and quality. Understanding this distinction is essential for businesses that want to stay ahead of the competition.
